I am getting a "Cartridge or Account issue" error.
I got this on my original 8139e and spent almost a month with HP Instant Ink and HP Tech support doing troubleshooting before they sent me a refurbished 8135e as a replacement.
This error occurred less than a month after I received the refurbished printer.
I've tried both a hard reset (unplugging for a minute) and hard reset with holding down power button (for 5 minutes).
On the holding power button down reset, only the RETURN and HOME lights lit up. No reset started.
After releasing the power button, the RETURN and HOME lights remained lit.
Pressing the power button again started the reset procedure, but came back to the original "Cartridge or Account issue" error.
I will try to reintialize to factory settings, but that didn't work with the original printer after performing it multiple times with HP Tech Support.
I did see an error in the beginning that the printer was not properly shut down.
We've had some power issues with windy weather where the power drops out.
Any additional advice would be appreciated!

Oh.... forgot to mention that the install SETUP Cartridges comes up.
I did not have these from the original printer when starting troubleshooting.
I did save the SETUP Cartridges for the refurbished printer, but installing those after the error occurred did not resolve the issue.
