I have an OfficeJet 8600 pro and have used both HP and generic ink for years without issue. I have replaced my cyan cartridge THREE TIMES and continue to get the same error message "one or more cartridges appear to be damaged and need to be replaced." Despite other cartridges working fine, I have been unable to print for weeks and am very frustrated with the lack of solutions. Having searched online, I see several other users are having similar issues and using a reset code to override the issue. Can you please send me codes and instructions to get my printer working again??

I'd like to help!
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you contact HP support in your region regarding the service options for your printer
Follow the instructions below to reach them:
1) Click on this link - https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
