Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My 8610 printer is showing up with an error message as soon as I turn it on. Here is a picture.

When I go to open the door to change the cartridges, the tray won't move. I've tried keeping it unplugged for awhile and then holding the power button for 30 seconds to force a reboot, but the issue still remains.

HP Recommended

The error screen that I linked to above is all I get. I can't even use this machine to copy or scan anything. Does anyone have any idea or suggestion?
