Product: HP 8625

On my HP Officejet Pro 8625, I get a message that I have a missing or failed printhead. I went through the procedures of resetting the computer, confirming no obstructions, and cleaning the contacts on the printhead, but I still have the same problem. Any suggestions (urgently??)?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
