HP 8715 problem to print in google sheets

I have a new printer but I can’t print from google sheets I ran a troubleshooting program reset the printer but doesn’t work I can print from internet page also from my iPhone thanks

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it resolves the issue.

First, try these steps:

• Make sure you set up your printer with Google Cloud Print.
• Make sure you sent the document to the correct printer.
• Turn off your printer, then turn it back on.
• Update to the latest version of Chrome.
• Check your printer list and delete any duplicate printers.

If your document still won’t print, try deleting your printer from your printer list, then setting it up again:

1. Go to google.com/cloudprint.
2. On the left, click Printers.
3. Click your printer.
4. At the top, click Delete.
5. Set up your printer. Learn how to set up your printer with Google Cloud Print.
