Thank you for posting your query on this forum, it's a great place to find answers.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it resolves the issue.
First, try these steps:
- Make sure you set up your printer with Google Cloud Print.
- Make sure you sent the document to the correct printer.
- Turn off your printer, then turn it back on.
- Update to the latest version of Chrome.
- Check your printer list and delete any duplicate printers.
If your document still won’t print, try deleting your printer from your printer list, then setting it up again:
- Go to google.com/cloudprint.
- On the left, click Printers.
- Click your printer.
- At the top, click Delete.
- Set up your printer. Learn how to set up your printer with Google Cloud Print.
