HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 All-in-One Printer

Printer (HP OfficeJet Pro 9010) keeps on disconnecting and receiving a blue screen on touch panel with this error B305ED09. The only way to get it working again is to unplug it from the wall and plug it back in. I've searched for a resolution on your site and on all other HP Support forums it looks like they were sent a private message with specific factory reset instructions. 

 

Please help!

I found how to factory reset the 9010 and this resolved the issue. Only use this method on the 9010 model.
