Need help getting HP9010 Printer working. Stuck saying "validating....please wait"

 

I mistakenly inserted a non-HP cartridge and have replaced with original HP cartridge when they arrived this morning.

But still the same.  I have powered down, unplugged power cable, held off button for 15 seconds and still nothing changes.

 

Please help.
