As many others have reported, my HP 9010 all-in-one shows a blue screen with error B305ED09.  Only thing that can be done is to unplug it and then plug back in.  Can you send the printer reset instructions?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

I understand that you are facing issues with error code B305ED09. I'd like to help!

 

We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

I followed the semi-full reset instructions you sent.  All seemed fine after the reset - wireless networking was working, I could copy, scan.  Firmware was up-to-date.  But just a few minutes later (when it was sitting idle and I was not interacting with it) I got the blue screen - same error code B305ED09.
