Is it possible to collate copies on this printer? If yes, how?

Yes, it is.

 

First, load the originals on the top Automatic Document Feeder, only with loaded paper in the ADF the collate option becomes visible,

 

Click Copy > Copy Documents and then click the gear icon, there you should find the Collate toggle to enable the feature.
