Printer HP-9015
Firmware MANHTNPP1N002.2211C.00
Trying to print about 1/2 way through document get a blue flashing screen with a power symbol and the error code 620192F4, Have already
1) Unplugged the printer from wall and waited 2 minutes
2) Restarted printer and then restarted again using the power button
Based on the event log report from the printer this error is related to xm_cm_command.cpp and a line number of 3606. Can you please provide what causes this error code and how to fix.

I understand you are receiving a "620192F4 " error on the printer screen.
The error indicates a firmware issue.
We can perform a factory default on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
