Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My HP 9018e / 9015e printer screen is locked on a Blue Screen with "B8350556" showing below an image of a standard start button.   Tried everything, unplug/replug, rebooting, etc.   The same thing happens....The HP in a circle symbol comes up for a few seconds by itself, then a thin loading bar below it for a few seconds with only about 2% of the bar darkened before it back to "the blue screen of death" (start button image with the text "B8350556" below it).  All the reset instructions I've seen require a working menu which I don't have.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
