Is this Bob Headrick in Australia? Does anyone know the number for Australia hp support? I have found some sales phone numbers, I am just going to try them tomorrow. I already feel like giving up. I will buy another printer as I need one, but not an hp.

Hi Alden,

I tried to reply as a private message but it came up failed to send. 

Authentication Failed.

  • Authentication Ticket Mismatched, failed authentication.

 

I used the Re: HP 9020e - error code 83C0000B as the subject, so I am not sure what else to do.

 

Can you pm me and I can then reply. I don't want to put my private info on the public forum.

 

It should not be this difficult.
