HP Recommended

Our HP 900/09050 Printer continues to give 49.FF.09 error. Whenever we unplug it, and restart it, it works for a few weeks and gives the error again. We tried a new ethernet chord and that didn't work. The screen has no words on it, but is lit up and the Attention light is on. What could the issue be? Please help!

HP Recommended

Most common cause is a failure to update firmware to the current revision, which canorevent printer from understanding print commands from newer programs. Go to support.hp.com and download and install the firmware posted there.
