Printer Critical system Error has occurred. F0.01.01.02  FW Version: 6.20.1.5-202403010422.

rebooted both PC and Printer and printer working as expected.

I understand you've encountered a critical system error with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer, but a reboot has resolved the issue. If the problem persists, 

 

here are a few things you might consider:

 

  • Firmware Update: Ensure your printer’s firmware is up-to-date. Check HP's website for the latest version.
  • Printer Reset: If the issue reoccurs, you might want to perform a factory reset of the printer to clear any persistent issues.
  • Check Connections: Ensure all cables and connections are secure. Loose or damaged cables can sometimes cause errors.
