HP Color LaserJet CP2025dn Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I recently purchased a used HP CP2025DN Laserjet Printer. I've had the device for the past few days, and it's working quite well. No issues, except the one laid out in the title of this thread. For whatever reason, my unit has no problem printing out single-sided pages, but whenever I have a duplex/double-sided job, it prints on one side, but not the other.

Every single time I print double-sided, the unit grabs a sheet from Tray #2 (as per usual) and print out one side of it. The paper is then fed back into the device, but becomes jammed in the rear of the device. I have attached some photographs, which depict the state in which I find the copy paper. The paper becomes jammed in the same location every single time I perform a double-sided print job.

Any idea what might be causing this?

In the last photo, the paper edge in the middle is damaged, it's probably hitting something that shouldn't be there. When a jam occurs remove the sheet and use a flashlight the check what causes that damage in the middle of the sheet.

I don't see anything obvious. What are some of the objects that the sheet might be hitting on its way down that would cause this?
