Product: HP M477fnw

I have a HP 477fnw with only 524 impressions and it now flashes a Print Failure on the screen when I try to print. Yesterday it printed one page fine and the second page printed half blank. I am plugged into a wall socket and have done a hard reset to no avail. This printer is basically new. Can't figure out why this is happening. Any help is appreciated.

 I'm having the same issue with an MFP M477fdn. No error code, only about a third of the first page prints. Printing over the network, using latest drivers, just updated the firmware and ran a clean cycle. Fully power cycled three times, checked for jams.

I figured it out. I performed 2 hard resets. The first one didn't work. The second one worked! (for whatever reason)
