Sehr geehrter Service,

Hilfe

Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Jorg

Relying on Google Translate it appears that you print ~4 pages and then printer goes into cleaning mode. This behavior is commonly caused by a paper feeding problem with causes the printer to go into cleaning mode because it thinks that there is toner left on the belt from feeding a wrong paper size.  Make sure that the paper you have loaded is properly inserted and the paper guides are properly set and that the paper size settings on the printer match the actual loaded paper.

If settings are all correct then there is a good chance that the pickup roller is worn or dirty and needs to be cleaned or replaced. Remove the paper tray and examine the grey rollers that are in the body of the printer near the back of the paper tray cavity. Rollers are located in the center of the paper path. They should be a uniform grey color and have small finger print like ridges on them.
