Product: HP Color Laser MFP 178nwg 
Hello everyone, 

I have a problem with my color laser. Unfortunately, HP itself and my dealer don't want to help, even though the warranty is still in effect. 

Maybe the community can help me? 

The device has been printing everything twice on one sheet for about six months. 
The entire print motif is printed again on the paper in the right place as well as further down. 

I have already changed the paper type, changed new toner and cleaned the device. Nothing helps. 

What can I do or which parts do I have to replace? 
Is it the fuser/drum? Can I swap something like this myself? 

I'd be happy for help!
