I am having a problem where I will get an error of "Disk Full" but there are zero stored jobs to delete.

I have resolved this in the past just by restoring to factory default - but I would like to solve the problem.  I look in the Local Host interface and I see under Device Status "disk full" the help interface there also states:

"There is not enough disk space to process jobs. To increase available disk space, touch "View Jobs" to view and delete stored jobs. Error will automatically clear when there is enough disk space to process jobs."

But there are no stored jobs, I don't use my printer that way, and I have it set up to delete stored and temporary jobs on a regular basis.  How can I clear the memory without a factory reset?  I have it fully updated to the latest firmware.
