 Hye

Can somebody help me out I am having this issue When I open pre boot option So it asks for password above all options If anyone knows how to fix this, please help me. HP COLOR FLOW MFP m575

1. I have two machines same issue 

2. I have tried changing the hard drive but it still won't open. 

3. I have tried changing the USB card and the options open up. meaning administrator options

You may be able to use the service pin number in place of the admin password. A copy of the service manual will have that code. Please note though, if the person that applied the admin password also disabled the service PIN you may not be able to clear the password.

You tell me which password should I use on sign in so that this option will open. 

It's still doing the same error show 99.09.62

I need to back this conversation up one step. You state that you can get into admin options? If yes, then you do not need a password but you do need to link the drive and formatter together. In the preboot menu you need to find the option to erase/unlock the drive which resets the link between formatter and drive. Then download the firmware to the device. Keep in mind that you must use a SEC drive (self encrypting) on this device. Standard SATA drives are not supported.
