Printer keeps restarting.  Touchscreen is white for a moment and then it restarts again.  About every 5 seconds.  It continues to happen for a while, even if unplugged from power.  

 

Today I found that if I turned it on it's side it would start to come up, but as soon as I put it back down on a flat surface it restarted again.  So I put something under the right side of the printer that lifts it up about 5-6 inches off the ground and I got it to boot up.  It's a weird problem.  I'll try to attach pictures of the printer after it's started successfully.  (below)   Any assistance as to what the problem is would be very appreciated!
