Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 color Printer M551dn

Since upgrading a HP Color LaserJet M555 Firmware to version 5.7.1.1 I am experiencing random Timeout errors when I print standard PDF documents in MacOS Sonoma. The display randomly shows an error with »Connection to printer was terminated unexpectedly«. When I tap continue 6-7 sheets are printed with weird, random numbers. My printed document shows a Timeout Error notice at the document bottom. This never happened before upgrading Firmware 5.7.1.1. My Network is configured correctly and the printer uses a static IP address.
As soon as I restart the HP M555 the Timeout error message is gone for a couple of days. However than Timeout errors starting to reoccur. This software bug is so annoying and I am wasting so much paper.

 

Is this a known issue? What can I do? When do you release a bug fix?
