The printer will not fully boot up.  It stays stuck on Initializing and an incrementing number.  I have tried unplugging and draining the power with the power button and it continues to get stuck on the same initializing screen.

I would try updating the firmware from the preboot menu. Go to support.hp.com and search for your printer and there will be a firmware file and a readme that gives instructions on how to update the firmware from the preboot menu. If that does not resolve the issue post back for other suggestions.
