HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw

My HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw has a blank white touch screen so outside of printing jobs from my PC, It's now lacking key functionality.

Is there a way to check to see if the touch screen has failed? Seems like a hardware error, vs some sort of software update/reboot. ?

Thank you.

If the printer still connects and prints then it is more likely the control panel. If the printer did not print then the formatter would be the likely point of failure. There is always a chance of a bad cable but in most cases that type of failure would emerge after a major service had been done. You could try a factory reset before laying out money on a part.
