HP Color LaserJet Pro M254dw

My HP Color LaserJet Pro M254dw is refusing to print. It will activate and make a bit of noise like it is trying to feed but ultimately fails. The touch screen is giving me a message stating "Load paper, HP recommends ColorLok paper for best printing results" I have checked that my settings are all set to Letter size and Plain paper. The tray is also physically set to 8.5" and 11". I cannot find any evidence of a paper jam, and have updated the firmware. The only other solutions I have found so far involve a "factory reset" which I cannot find information on how to carry out. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

if it sounds like it is trying to pickup paper but does not, then likely the pickup roller is either dirty or worn out. You can clean it with a water dampened lint free cloth. Remove the paper tray to see the roller. Usually good videos on Youtube on cleaning or replacing rollers.
