In the EVENT LOG REPORT there's several 55.30.00 error codes, "Engine communication error".
   Why is the print getting this message?

If the printer works I wouldn't bother too  much.

First step to troubleshoot this error is to update the firmware. Current firmware is 002_2149A and was released in December 2021.

The printer has the latest firmware, it is also making a thumping sound, we are using HP toners.

The printer does work fine and has good print quality but it makes an annoying thumping sound, we are using HP toners.
