My issue is the same as I've seen posted here that seems to be solvable by a complete reset and firmware downgrade?

Quoting a problem from another member:

It now gives me "Supply Problem", a few seconds later I get "79 Service Error", followed a continuous cycle of shutting down, rebooting with the same lame messages.

Yeah, that's me too.

Not sure about the "supply problem", but the sudden 79 Service Error continuously rebooting issue was something we solved by restoring the printer to defaults (which is possibly the same as a factory reset, but we just did it from the menus).

The issue appears to have been related to Google Cloud Print.

Thank you! This fix addressed the reboot cycle. Apparently the "Supply Problem" is due to my use of 3rd party toner (LDproducts), something I've done for years but I guess was in conflict with the most recent firmware. Working to downgrade the firmware now, but haven't accomplished it successfully yet.
