Hello,

I speak German and am having the following text translated into English using the "DEEPL" tool, please excuse any errors.

I have owned an HP ColorLaser 150nw printer since September 2022.

The printer has worked without any problems. The device has been used little, from purchase to now at most 50 pages have been printed in color.

My problem:
The printer prints the top part of a page again blurred and with pale colors at the bottom of the same page.

So far I have tried the following to eliminate the error:

1. i have removed the printer cartridges, but cleaning was not necessary.

2. removed the imaging drum and inspected it for damage, no damage was visible

3. uninstalled the printer driver on my PC and reset the printer to factory settings. then I reinstalled everything.

Unfortunately, the error is still there and I don't know what else I can do to eliminate the error.

Can anyone give me some advice?
