My printer will not print anything coming from my computer :

_ it does print diagnostic and printer information
_ it does scan

I've been trying to print some PDFs for a while and nothing happens.

Here is the message i get from printer manager.

I already tried hp doc sofware.

Yeah, no, apparently, googling around, I discovered I had to restard the sercvice "printer spooler". Solved eveyrthing

Clean install of the driver does not solve the problem. Everything can be done from the HP software except using the direct PDF printing option. In general no tasks which need to go through the printing queue succeed.

It is for sure a software problem because last time (2 Jan 2022) I needed to print from Acrobat Reader and MS Office it was just fine and I changed absolutely no settings since then. It must be caused by some update (either Windows or HP).

This is very random but for me turning the printer on and off a few times suddenly solved the problem after like 10 tries.
