Product: HP Spectre X360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I have some issue while printing.
The Information button on my light is blinking, and the On/off light is blinking as well. I can print out information printer status sheet and printer alignment page. When I was printing some Word file, the printing status said "in the progress od printing", but I waited for 1 hour and the work didn't come out.
Inks are new and no paper jamed into the printer.
Thanks!

Hi,
What is printed on the information sheet? a such may occur due to a connection problem.
From its user guide:
Information light: If the light is blinking in white and the Wi-Fi Direct icon on the display is blinking fast at the same time, press the Information button to confirm a connection.
