I bought this and installed it a few months ago.  Brand new printer.  Don't  understand why nothing happens when I try to to print a PDF file.  

 

My PC operating system is Windows Pro.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

If this happens only for a PDF file, please uninstall and reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader.

 

Are you able to copy?
