Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Could you please brief the issue in detail?
Are you facing the same issue while copying?
Any hardware changes done in the printer?
Eager to assist you!
Cheers:)

For some reason it didn't show up the firs time I typed it in. Hopefully it does this time.
When I print it will only print every other line. I do not have the issue when copying. I have tried to hard-restart it and also took out the ink cartrages and replaced them and still have the same problem.

It looks like you were interacting with @Raj1788, but he is out for the day & I'll be glad to help you out,
I'm the Jeet_Singh & I'm at your service.
As I see you have tried to make a copy from the printer and it seems to be working fine, this definitely looks like a software or driver issue.
I would suggest a clean install to try and fix this issue. This can be done easily by following the steps listed below:
First, unplug the USB cable from the printer / PC.
Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Deskjet printer entries and uninstall them.
Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
Press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" (There is a space between .exe & /) and press enter.
Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
Again, go to the Run window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
Restart your computer.
Now click on this link: https://support.hp.com/my-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-deskjet-2130-all-in-one-printer-series... to download and install the printer software.
Connect the USB cable and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Let me know if those steps worked for you.
If they did, that’s awesome!
Give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
That’ll help us and others see that we’ve got the answers!
Good Luck.
