Good afternoon!
I'm trying to help an elderly acquaintance with her DJ2600 series printer. It will accept print jobs - including its own test page - and feed paper as expected. Every page it prints, however, is totally blank.
I was just at her house this afternoon and tried the following steps, some of which I learned about reading other posts here about this issue:
- Cleaning contact surfaces in the printer and on the cartridges;
- Running single-cartridge mode;
- Swapping cartridges for new, unused ones;
- Deleting and re-adding the printer via her Mac's settings app;
- Checking for updates to firmware or drivers.
No luck so far. I'll be seeing her again in a couple of weeks and hope to have a solution I can implement while I'm there. Thanks for your time!
