Upgraded our wifi a couple of days ago. We have a new router that supports 5G.  My printer worked great prior to the change but now won't connect to the wifi. My computer and HP software show it as "Offline". I've tried unplugging both the printer and the wifi router and rebooting both. Nothing! PLEASE HELP!

Hi,

Your printer does not support 5GHz wireless, only 2.4GHz Wireless connection is supported by the printer.

Make sure that your router broadcasts both 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless bands, with a unique SSID for each wireless band, please consult your router service provider for any help with its configuration.

Ensure that both the printer and computer are connected to the 2.4GHz and then try printing.

Please let me know the results,

Shlomi
