Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently purchased this 3 in 1 and find the the yellow information light remains on at all times. Is this normal or should it somehow be turned off?

@terri232, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

The orange/yellow light on the info button is as per design, it does not mean there is an issue with the printer. You do not have to worry here.

 

The printer is in an error state if you have blinking lights. In this case, you may refer to - Blinking lights
