I'm currently trying to print on A7 (5x7 in) envelopes using a brand-new HP DeskJet 2734e printer using MacOS Ventura. Both ink cartridges are installed correctly and black ink works fine, but every time I try to print any other color (even white), the envelope comes back totally blank. Color printing works on the test pages and the cartridges are both full according to the display screen. I've tried re-aligning, updating the printer firmware, cleaning the printer, and deleting/reinstalling the printer on my laptop, with no success. This issue persists whether I print from PDF or Word, from HP Smart on my laptop or mobile device, etc. 

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
