HI, Sir/Madam,

 

I just set up and printed some pages. But when I turn on mt printer today, the wifi light is always blinking, and also can not print with my laptop and smartphone. Could you help?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's reset the Printer's network settings: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

 

Once done try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
