We had some power outages recently. Upon turning the printer back on, we can no longer use it. Appears to have multiple issues. Flashing lights and icons galore. Printer Information Page says This printer is not enrolled in HP Instant Ink (It is). Tried using non-Instant Ink cartridges and I'm told they aren't compatible despite being HP cartridges with the correct number. Pinter Information Page also says printer is not connected to a network. Wireless light and icons are flashing as if ready to connect, but it will not connect. Tried using USB connection and HP Smart app treats it as a separate printer. Wants to setup this "new" printer, but requires the "setup" cartridges that we of course no longer have. Virtual help is no help. going to the support page from HP Smart App, tells me to install HP Smart App. Virtual Assistant tells me to use HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose connection issue. This app tells me it can't work unless I connect the printer first.
