HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer

Ever since we got a new wifi router/modem I can not print. I have spent hours trying to connect. The blue wifi light is solid (which means I’m connected to the wifi) but when I click on print to print my job nothing  happens. HELP!!!

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

 

Meanwhile, perform the steps from this document and see how it goes.
