My DeskJet 3630 All in One Printer has given me little to no problems before this. When I press print on a document for example, the paper feeds into the machine, but then very quickly goes through and prints nothing. Sometimes it will print a tiny bit of what I was trying to, but I can't get it to completely work. I have tried resetting it by unplugging it from the power source, but that did nothing. I also tried going online and downloading the diagnostic software and it said it found some issues and fixed them. So, I did a test print from that software and it worked fine. However, I exited out of that and went to print my document and had the exact same problems. Let me know if you have any ideas, thanks.
Edit: I also tried updating the firm ware and it said it worked and the test print it did using the software worked, but I tried doing my own printing after and it didn't work.

@tyler-w, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand the printer is printing blank pages from the computer.
Are you using the HP Smart app to print?
Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
If the copy does not work, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink
Install the printer using the TCP/IP port if the copy works fine:
Check for any pending Windows updates first.
- On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Remove the existing printer entry > click on Add a printer(at the top)
- Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
- Find the IP address of the printer by printing a wireless test page
- On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button
and the Information button
at the same time.
- Both a Wireless Network Test Report and a Network Configuration Page print.
- Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
- Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.
- Try printing.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
