If only I had thrown it directly in the bin it would have saved me a day of my life. The most user-unfriendly, convaluted, still not working, crap, non set-up ever. Maybe you could try it out before you sell it in shops? Just a thought.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I feel your pain. This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had installing a printer. I could only get the thing working via USB on my Windows PCs. The printer driver crashes when the printer is set up as a wireless printer.
Also, the printer ceases to accept WiFi communication while printing! Yep, forget about using this printer from two devices in a shared environment, it will just time out or go offline or fail in other ways.
AirPrint seems to work OK (if the printer is idle). Google Print Services seems to work OK (if the printer is idle). I wasn't able to try this on a Mac. Windows printing works OK via USB. WiFi printing on Windows 10 doesn't work at all. Driver errors.

Me too...feeling your pain. What an abject piece of junk. The only way this thing will work is if I connect it directly to the computer. I should paid the extra dough and gotten an actual printer.
