HP DeskJet 3772 Brand New - taking in too much paper

I purchased a wireless printer, HP DeskJet 3772, a few months ago. I just tried to use it and it sucks in all the paper at one time. I had to hand-feed each piece separately for it to work correctly. Of course, I don't have the receipt anymore or the box so I can't return it. 

There must be something wrong with the printer because it's brand new. Any thoughts?

Make sure when loading paper not to push it too much inside. If the paper is loaded too far the printer will grab several sheets at once.

It doesn't matter how much paper. I've put anywhere from 3 sheets to 10 sheets and they ALL feed at the same time.

You are loading paper wrongly too far inside the printer.
