I purchased an HP printer model HP DeskJet 3835 in Slowenia. I moved this printer in Germany . I need to change region.
Can you help me to do this?

You can't do that.
HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3835 uses HP 652 inks in whole Europe, Middle East and Africa.
HP Officejet 3835 uses HP 302 inks in whole Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Those are 2 different printers, and they use different inks. You need to continue to use HP 652, printer HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3835 doesn't support HP 302 in any region.
