Product: HP DeskJet 4120e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS
Hello, seeking help because my HP DeskJet 4120e Série 26Q90B refuses to work.
- Does not print, even the info
- Does not copy at all
- Does not connect to wifi -- light is not solid but like loading/connecting. HP Smart App seems to "find it" as it shows up on the printer list but it will immediately show an error after I input the wifi password - "Cannot connect to printer wifi. Connecting to your printer is taking longer than expected" ---> this shows up after 1 sec, as if it didn't try to connect at all.
i have tried to reset the printer - unplug & plug, clean the cartridges and connection...no luck!
