Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HELLO, WE JUST INSTALLED THE DESKJET 4155E PRINTER.  EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING OK EXCEPT THE INFORMATION LIGHT WILL NOT GO OUT AND EVERY TIME I PRESS IT JUST PRINTS OUT THE SAME PAGE BUT LIGHT WON'T GO OUT ANY IDEAS. THANKS
