Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3788 All-in-One Printer

after i print one page in the printer, the printer stops printing and an error led lights on the printer

and in the front panel it shows the color cartridge is empty - its new, was in the printer box

when i restart the printer - the color cartridge looks full (in the front panel) and i can print again one page 

and get the error led again ...

can you help me please
