Hi,

 

I used the printer last night & was working fine. I switched off the printer and fired a print. The printer shows offline. This has been the issue since the begining. I restarted both my laptop (which is HP ENVY) & the printer, removed the print queue, as well. 

 

Re fired the print command, status quo.

 

Used the Scan Doctor, to fix the alienmnet, no change.

 

Used the Scan Doctor, to fix printinh. The test page did not print, was in the queue. Further, moved to the next page, when pressed NO Print, the print out came out. This happend everytime, but the document which I want to get the print can not be printed.

 

If you could please, help on this, as this very often. Normally, I use to restart both Laptop & the Printer, it used to be resolved. But not this time.
