HP Deskjet 1112
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently, I bought a HP Deskjet 1112. It prints very inconsistently and I can't seem to figure out the problem. 

Here is what I have tried so far:

1) Turning the printer off and on again
2) Turning the spooler system off and on again (using Windows+R, typing in services.msc, turning off the spooler, then clearing the que, and turning it back on)
3) Uninstalling and re-installing the software (this is what the printer's troubleshooter told me to do)

The troubleshooter told me that I am missing a driver, and it also says that the printer and the computer are not communicating well. I wonder if this is a chord issue? Also, I'm not sure what a driver is so I don't know how to check if it is operational.

Please help. I have run out of ideas for now 😞 Thank you in advance!

Try these steps to see if they will resolve this issue: Printer is Offline (Windows). 

 

If you are having further issues, let me know the results of the Print and Scan Doctor.
