Hi,

My HP Deskjet 2515 Ink Advantage is not printing properly. Ink indicators says color and black inks are 3/4 and full respectively. When I tried printing a word document it doesnt show anything when the paper comes out. I tried scanning, it printed well with full color. I tried the test page from HP it has missing parts mostly from the bottom.

Thanks

Try cleaning the Printhead and check if that helps

    • Click the Windows icon (), click All Programs, click HP, click the folder for your HP printer, and then click the icon for your HP printer (). The printer software opens.

NOTE: You can also open the HP printer software from your computer desktop: double-click the icon for your HP printer ().
  1. In the printer software, click Print and Scan ().

  2. Click Maintain Your Printer (). The HP Toolbox opens.

  3. Click the Device Services tab.

  4. Click Clean Ink Cartridges, and then follow the on-screen instructions to clean the cartridges.

  5. After running the tool, click Print to print a test page. If the print quality is still unacceptable, follow the on-screen instructions to run a Second-level clean.

Also ensure the printer has the latest Firmware. You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Keep me posted how it goes 😊
