Hello,

 

I have been unable to get my printer working for a few days and could use some help. It will not respond to print requests from my computer and I cannot detect it on my wireless network anymore. I also cannot reconnect it to the wireless, as it will not print the wireless info page.

 

Strangely, the only thing that I have gotten it to print is the  printer information page by holding the power button, pressing the cancel button, and then releasing the power button. When I do this, all status lights go back to normal for the duration of the print and then turn back on. No other info pages will print.

 

Both of the ink indicator lights have been flashing, as well as the ink indicator light. No other lights or icons are flashing.

 

I have tried the following to resolve the issue:

  • Replaced both ink cartridges twice
  • Turned the printer on and off
  • Reset the printer (powered the printer on, unplugged it for an hour, plugged it back in, turned it on)

Any help is appreciated.

I see that you are not able to use the printer.

 

Make sure your ink cartridges are compatible with your printer and there is adequate ink in the cartridges. Go to HP inkjet printers - Ink cartridge errors for more information.

Use HP ink cartridges.

To connect the printer, use the WPS method. Refer to - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)
